What is Qigong?
Qigong is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique, involving meditation, breathing, and movement exercises. Qigong is like a moving meditation. When you practice qigong, you learn, how to tap into your inner resources and you become skilled at working with your internal energy. That way you can transform stress into vitality, calm your mind, and support the body’s healing process.
What is Shindo?
Shindo is a stretching and relaxation technique that is based on the meridian system. Shindo originates from Japan. With 6 stretches we help our body to free up tensions in our meridians (meridians are the body’s energy channels, „energy rivers“). So that the energy can flow with ease and we feel energized, creative, and healthy!
Who can join Qiflow classes?
Everybody is welcome to join! It doesn’t acquire prior knowledge, training, or special body features, specific age, etc. If you want to find an effective calm practice to take care of your body, mind, and soul, then this is something for you!
